Mitchell 1’s TruckLabor module integrated with Decisiv
The TruckLabor module in Mitchell 1’s TruckSeries repair information software is now available through the Decisiv Marketplace.
Decisiv first began integrating the software into its marketplace in 2019, but the latest addition allows the labor estimating tool to be launched directly from any Decisiv Service Relationship Management (SRM) active repair job.
TruckLabor is used to estimate repair times, and can also help shops analyze technician performance.
Through the integrated systems, users can also gain quick access to Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards (VMRS) data, making it easier to map labor jobs to VMRS codes, Mitchell1 says. Since the codes display automatically, there’s no need to look up the information manually.
