Motive integrates telematics platform with Holman fleet management system
Motive announced it became the first AI platform to join Holman’s Telematics Preferred Integration Network (TPIN), enabling fleets to combine telematics and fleet management data within a single platform.
Through the integration, Motive’s vehicle and driver data will be available in Holman Insights, the company’s reporting and analytics platform, giving fleets a centralized view of operations. According to a news release, this will help prevent breakdowns, reduce downtime, improve driver safety, and better control fleet costs.

The integration allows fleets to track key metrics such as engine hours, odometer readings, driver behavior and vehicle location, helping improve maintenance planning, reduce downtime, support route optimization, improve dispatch efficiency, and provide reliable documentation for billing and compliance.
Motive added that its safety insights into speeding, hard braking, and distracted driving events will integrate with Holman’s safety and risk tools, helping fleet managers identify high-risk drivers earlier.
