Motive launched Workforce Management, a suite of AI-powered tools designed to simplify fleet operations and compliance. Embedded in the Motive platform, the features include an AI coach, integrated training, driver qualification status, and AI document capture.

The company says the enhancements are aimed at automating manual tasks, reducing administrative workload, preventing compliance lapses, and improving overall safety and productivity across dispersed operations.

AI coach delivers personalized driver coaching through automated weekly videos managed in the Motive dashboard and driver app. Integrated training lets fleets create and share content, assign onboarding or refresher modules, and track completion to improve knowledge retention and streamline compliance.

Driver qualification status provides real-time visibility into driver eligibility, while AI document capture uses automation to read and validate scanned licenses, reducing errors and keeping paperwork audit-ready. Motive says the combination helps fleets cut costs, save time, and improve safety outcomes.
