MOUNT JOY, Penn. — Great Dane Trailers announced the grand opening of its newest branch location in Mount Joy, Penn.

The new facility, a full-service branch with expanded capacity and the ability to offer cutting-edge trailer technology and service, opened for business June 7.

The new Mount Joy branch is part of Great Dane’s ongoing commitment to provide customers with the most advanced equipment technology and superior service. Built to serve an increased customer base within the region, the new 35,000 square-foot facility more than doubles the capacity of its predecessor located in Lancaster. With easy access from Interstate 283 and tremendous visibility from the highway, the new location sits on nearly 16 acres of the Four Star Industrial Park just off of Strickler Road. The Mount Joy branch, modeled after Great Dane’s Charlotte, N.C. location, also features a state-of-the-art paint booth and 12 service bays, providing customers with an increased selection of innovative service choices.

"Our new site will facilitate quicker responses to customer needs and boost our efficiency in both parts and service," said Mike Christoffel, Mount Joy branch manager. "The new paint booth also allows us the opportunity to offer customers additional service options and to accommodate increased demands in a competitive trailer market."

Great Dane’s newest branch can be found at 1155 Four Star Drive. A grand opening celebration is scheduled for June 24 from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
