New Winnipeg-based truck show premiering in 2008

WINNIPEG, Man. — The newest edition to the truck show circuit the Winnipeg Truck Show will be rolling into town May 23-24, 2008. Organizers are expecting the show to attract visitors from Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northern Ontario as well as US border states.

Attending the show will be trucking company owners, fleet managers and drivers, owner/operators, purchasing agents, service and repair shop owners, and more. Exhibitors will feature the latest in trucks, trailers, accessories, engines and power train components, service shop equipment and supplies, tires, fuels, financial services and other products and services.

In addition to the two-day trade show, a Show and Shine event is planned, with some of the finest Canadian big rigs, low riders and antique trucks circling the Winnipeg Convention Centre.

The show is endorsed by two of Canadas key industry associations: the Manitoba Trucking Association and the Canadian Trucking Alliance.
