Paccar receives J.D. Power and Associates Founder’s Award

ORLANDO, Fla. — Paccar has been presented with the J.D. Power and Associates Founder’s Award in recognition of the company’s “long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction in the commercial vehicle industry.”

The award was presented during the Heavy-Duty Manufacturers Association’s Heavy-Duty Dialogue Conference.  

“We are very proud to be the venue for J.D. Power and Associates honoring of Paccar,” stated Tim Kraus, president and COO of the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association. “Our members were thrilled to be on-hand to witness the presentation of the Founders Award to Paccar at Heavy Duty Dialogue.”

Gary Dilts, senior vice-president of global automotive operations at J.D. Power and Associates, presented the award to Tom Plimpton, Paccar vice chairman, at Heavy Duty Dialogue ’09.
