Paragon launches P858e pneumatic blower for dry bulk fleets
Paragon Tank Truck Equipment has introduced the P858e pneumatic truck blower, designed to improve unloading efficiency and reduce fuel consumption in dry bulk transport operations.
The blower features an extended operating range from 600 to 3,000 rpm, allowing fleets to achieve higher airflow at lower speeds while reducing horsepower requirements. The company says the design enables faster product offloading while lowering fuel use.

A specialized rotor coating helps improve airflow by minimizing trapped air inside the blower. The coating also lowers discharge temperatures, reducing the risk of downtime and potential product damage during unloading.
The P858e delivers up to 1,020 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of airflow, continuous pressure up to 20 psi, and vacuum capability up to 18 inches Hg.
Paragon says the unit requires about 7.1% less horsepower on average to achieve comparable flow rates compared with non-coated blowers.
The expanded performance range allows operators to handle a wider variety of dry bulk products while maintaining efficient unloading speeds, the company said.
The P858e is available now under part number 601-020e and includes a 12-month warranty from first use or 18 months from shipment.
