LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Peterbilt’s Concert Class sound system is now standard with more interior and sleeper configurations.
Peterbilt made the announcement at the Mid-America Trucking Show.
“The Concert Class sound system provides superior sound quality throughout the cab and sleeper. It truly sets the industry standard,” said Bruce Ewald, Peterbilt Assistant General Manager. “Making it the standard sound system for more of our products will allow more customers to enjoy their favorite music or radio programming at a higher level. It simply brings more value to the customers’ ownership experience.”
Concert Class now comes standard with American Class and Canadian Class interiors in 48- and 63-inch sleepers. It remains standard with Peterbilt’s platinum level interiors.
The Concert Class sound system radio head unit is XM Satellite Radio ready. To receive satellite radio, an optional receiver and antenna are necessary, as well as a subscription to XM Satellite Radio service. The unit is standard with a cassette tape player and is available with an optional CD player.
