LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Ravens has unveiled a number of new products, including two new dump trailers, two redesigned platform trailers, a load securement system and a new metallic paint scheme.

Highlighting the new additions is the Kaptive Hook Tie-Down System, which meets current regulations as well as those proposed by North American Cargo Securement Standards.

Also on display at the Mid-America Trucking Show was Ravens’ redesigned Magnum aluminum flatbed trailer, which has been improved to better accommodate heavy, concentrated loads such as steel coils.

Ravens’ new light-weight steel and aluminum dump trailers are designed for lighter loads, but provide the durability of their traditional steel dump trailers. The trailers come in a new metallic purple paint scheme, which will make them stand out on the highway.

“We have spent a great deal of time and energy over the past year redesigning our trailers to ensure they meet the standard of quality our customers have come to expect in the Ravens name,” says Michael McDonough, vice president of sales and marketing. “We’re giving drivers more options – a stronger trailer, a lighter trailer, a safer trailer – and all of them are better products than those they replace.”
