EDMONTON, Alta. — Raydan Manufacturing has announced it is now installing Link UltraRide chassis air suspensions on medium-duty Sterling Bullets and Dodge Ram 4500 and 5500s.

Raydan is the Canadian distributor of the UltraRide suspension and recently completed its first installation on a Class 5 truck, the company claimed. The installation took place at Raydan’s Nisku, Alta. modification shop and replaced a leaf spring suspension.

“Since the UltraRide kit uses the existing frame holes, installation is quick and customers appreciate that,” said Ray English, president and CEO of Raydan.

Customers preferring the UltraRide air suspension are looking for a smoother, “more forgiving” ride, according to the company. The UltraRide is aimed at smaller Class 4-6 single axle vehicles.
