ArvinMeritor has added a major new component to its portfolio of remanufactured components – trailer axles, initially targeted at North American intermodal motor carriers. Production began last month at the company’s facility in Plainfield, Ind.

The remanufactured trailer axles, as with the other reman components, are produced according to strict, engineering-approved specifications. The axles have the full corporate resources of ArvinMeritor behind them, both in terms of OE engineering and technical field support.

Distributed under the Meritor and Euclid brands, the company’s aftermarket parts are engineered to original-equipment specs.
