TORONTO, Ont. — RigMaster Power has introduced an array of new features and product enhancements on its 2007 model APU.

RigMaster says the most significant enhancements for 2007 are centred on the new microprocessor controller which features an LCD display, once-touch stop/start and climate control and single-tier access to all the menu features.

The new controller also offers the user the option to display information in either standard or metric, improved engine monitoring; including a low coolant sensor and adjustable voltage battery monitoring. The design also features an in-cab 20 AMP GFI breaker.

The APUs AutoStart feature, which includes timed and climate control automatic start mode as well as a low battery start up designed to assist with cold weather starts, will become standard on all 2007 models.

RigMaster is also pleased to announce a 1,000 hour oil change interval for all 2007 model units. The extended oil change interval also applies to some of the later model 2006 RMP-14-6 units equipped with the larger three-quart oil pan and all units powered by the Caterpillar C0.5 engine.
