KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Roadranger has introduced VORAD BlindSpotter, a standalone side sensor that provides object detection in a truck’s blind spot.

The BlindSpotter uses radar-based technology to monitor a 10-ft by 15-ft coverage area. It is able to detect objects even in poor visibility conditions such as rain, snow and at night.

The product is designed for use on tractor-trailer combinations as well as straight trucks and motorcoaches.

The system consists of a sensor which can easily be mounted anywhere around the vehicle as well as a display. For more information or to purchase, visit www.roadrangerstore.com
