KALALMAZOO, Mich. – The Volvo and Mack Aftermarket Sales and Marketing Organization recently presented Roadranger Parts Marketing with its annual Partnership Plus Award.
The award recognizes aftermarket suppliers who aggressively assist Volvo/Mack Parts Marketing in growing all aspects of the Volvo and Mack Dealer Network parts business.
Roadranger Parts Marketing became the first supplier to score a perfect 100 points, receiving 25 points in each of four categories that are used to determine a winner. These include:
1) Training at the dealership level. 2) Market support participation. 3) Account manager representation. 4) Developing a marketing/business plan.
The award was presented at the recent Volvo/Mack Uptime 2003 Trade Fair in Orlando, Fla. The four-day event brings together suppliers and dealers from throughout the U.S. for exhibits, training sessions, as well as the award ceremony.
Shortly after receiving the Partnership Plus Award, Roadranger Parts Marketing also was recognized as the top supplier in Mexico. Volvo Parts de Mexico presented that award at a trade fair in Acapulco, Mexico.
