Smith System has launched Trainer Center, a digital platform designed to modernize and scale the Smith System certified trainer program.

The program allows fleets to certify internal instructors to teach Smith5Keys principles and embed them into daily safety culture. Trainer Center is designed to simplify program management and improve measurability by moving beyond one-time training events and bringing the training lifecycle into a single system, according to a news release.

Trainer Center digitizes driver assessments, allowing trainers to capture real-time observations through customizable digital forms. Results automatically generate Smith5Keys scorecards and coaching inputs, enabling faster feedback and more consistent coaching.

The platform also includes dashboards and reporting tools that track training activity and performance trends by driver, location or fleet, helping safety leaders identify emerging risk and target coaching efforts more effectively.
