Support for auxiliary charging cables

Phillips Industries’ Qwik-Clamp for charging cables features an insert designed for single- or dual-pole applications, and it’s being released with a corresponding Qwik-Change 20-inch tracker spring kit.

Proper support helps keep cables from tangling, rubbing, sagging and dragging, the company says. These new products offer back-of-cab support for the auxiliary charging system cables used for applications like liftgates.

The Qwik-Clamp hose holder has an insert that holds 2, 4, or 6 gauge dual- or single-pole charging cables. The clamp and insert are both made of materials to resist corrosion and UV rays. The corresponding tracker spring kit includes a spring made of pre-galvanized wire and large carabiner wire-gate clip hooks, so there’s no need to unbolt the sliding tracker bar when unhooking the system from the back of the cab.
