Tenet debuts operating system for cartage, courier fleets
Tenet has launched an operating system for cartage, courier and expedited carriers following its acquisition of Pallet’s transportation management system (TMS) business last fall.
The company said the platform supports first-, middle- and last-mile operations by combining dispatch, communications and reporting tools into one system aimed at reducing administrative workload and improving visibility. The platform connects with more than 70 freight forwarders, automating communications around orders, status updates and invoicing while reducing the need to switch between portals or mobile apps.

“When Pallet shifted its focus to AI agents for logistics, they wanted to find dedicated, passionate, and committed leaders for the TMS business, and trustworthy hands for their customers,” Tenet CEO Hugh Kirkpatrick said.
The unified system is designed to streamline office, warehouse and driver workflows, simplify training and improve data accuracy while supporting compliance in sectors such as air cargo, hazardous materials and international freight. Tenet added that built-in reporting tools allow operators to analyze margins and profitability by driver, customer and terminal to support operational decision-making.
