MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Thermo King has announced that it has lowered prices on over 160 key aftermarket parts for Thermo King refrigeration units, and TriPac APUs.

The price reductions average just over 12%, with some reductions of up to 50%, according to the company. Parts include everything from compressor parts (22% reduction) to engine parts (24% reduction).

“We at Thermo King understand that budgets are tight for our customers, so we want to do everything we can to help out,” says Gary Lemon, vice-president of global aftermarket for Thermo King. “We’re committed, as the industry leader, to not only making sure our aftermarket parts are the best available, but that our pricing reflects current economic realities.”

In addition to reducing prices on parts, Thermo King says that it offers other cost-saving options for aftermarket customers. The X-430 remanufactured compressors deliver new performance at remanufactured prices, and the soon-to-be-introduced remanufactured alternators offer “significant” savings to customers looking to cut costs while maintaining reliability, according to the company.
