TruckSeries software now generates VMRS codes
Mitchell 1 has added vehicle maintenance reporting standards (VMRS) codes to its TruckSeries suite of truck repair software that helps estimate labor times, and diagnose and repair Classes 4-8 trucks.
Since the VMRS codes now display automatically, and are presented as a quote is generated, there’s no need to manually source and enter the information.
The codes help generate a clear and consistent record of repairs and related costs, the company says. The end result is a better understanding of vehicle lifecycle costs.
