TWO-POST LIFTS

Latest additions to the Freedom Lift line

Stertil-Koni has introduced three additional heavy-duty 2-post lifts in its ‘Freedom Lift’ series with capacities up to 30,000 lb. They feature a symmetrical, open-floor design that optimizes workspace in the shop. They’re similar to the recently introduced 16,000-lb-capacity 2.16 model but feature a stronger and thicker frame, which in turn enables them to lift higher capacities per column. All three offer wheels-free lifting, telescopic swing arms with a wide range of usability and a footprint that requires no mechanical structure overhead.

The new models include: the SK 2.20 with lifting capacity of 20,000 lb and lifting time of 58 seconds to maximum height; the SK 2.26 with capacity of 26,000 lb and needing 95 seconds to reach maximum height; and the SK 2.30 good for 30,000 lb, also with a lifting time of 95 seconds.

The new models are said to be ideal for lifting medium-duty vehicles such as utility trucks.

Safety is ensured, says Stertil-Koni, by the lifts’ open-floor design and the independent mechanical locking system – which starts at just 8 in. above floor level and continues up the entire height of the lift every 1.25 in. The lifts are robotically welded for lifting precision and manufactured with high-grade carbon steel. The maximum lifting height of 77.75 in. is said to be easily achieved.

Each model in the series is third-party tested and validated by ALI/ETL-Intertek.
