Wabash Acutherm lineup promises to maintain temperatures

Wabash is improving the way hot and cold loads are managed with the Wasbash Acutherm product portfolio.

The newly branded lineup includes Acutherm refrigerated van trailers with EcoNex, a proprietary molded structural composite, as well as refrigerated freight delivery bodies (with or without EcoNex), sanitary tank trailers, and refrigerated cargo van inserts.

The related products maintain desired temperatures regardless of the application or environmental conditions, the company says. Lighter weights, thermal benefits, and insulating properties are also delivered without sacrificing structural integrity, it adds, noting this makes the products ideal substitutes for offerings made with steel, aluminum and wood.
