Weather Guard CabMax for the Ford Transit

Weather Guard’s new CabMax composite bulkhead weighs 55 lb., and promises to reduce noise and improve climate control.

The new bump-out design allows a driver’s seat to recline up to 35 degrees, and the single-piece design is customized to the model of van to ensure a tight fit and reduce noise from the cargo area.

Its accessory panels, which can be placed in 14 different attachment points, accompany Weather Guard Redzone accessories or standard threaded inserts to use off-the-shelf attachments.

The first product in the lineup is for mid- and high-roof Ford Transits. Other makes and models are to roll out over the next 18 months. The OEM-specific designs leverage OEM mounting points and holes to minimize the need for drilling.
