MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — FedEx Express Canada says it’s the first integrated transportation carrier to receive Customs Self Assessment (CSA) certification from Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA).

The CSA certification also means FedEx Express is the first and only integrated carrier to meet all the requirements of the bi-lateral Free and Secure Trade (FAST) program.

“The carrier of the future is a solutions provider who is ready to manage international trade in the new border environment, who will work with CSA certified customers, and has the technology in place to manage customs compliance,” says Don Colleran, president of FedEx Express Canada.
