TORONTO, Ont. — The Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) is gearing up for its annual convention Nov. 13-15 in Toronto.

This year’s convention will feature a technology exhibit, a spousal program, a series of executive briefings and entertainment from groups such as Leahy and April Wine and comedian Rick Mercer.

The executive briefings will involve topics such as the new hours-of-service, post 9/11 security measures, driver health and fitness and maximizing sales in a tough economy.

Time is running out to register, so for more information call the OTA at 416-249-7401 or visit its Web site at www.ontruck.org/info/convention/index.htm.
