UPS Canada names new president
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — United Parcel Service (UPS) today announced Alan Gershenhorn has been promoted to president of UPS Canada.
A 23-year veteran of UPS, Gershenhorn will be responsible for all operations in Canada, where UPS has been operating since 1975.
“Understanding the complexities of international trade is paramount in business today,” says Gershenhorn. “Given our extensive capabilities in cross border shipping, customs brokerage and supply chain management, my primary goal will be to help customers in Canada realize greater business potential by tapping the right resources.”
