Alberta Trucking Company Loses 5 Trucks to Fire

Edmonton— Hi-Way 9 Express, an Edmonton trucking company is down five tractor trailers after a fire tore through their lot on early Sunday morning.

The fire started just before 6:30 a.m. at Hi-Way 9 Express, near 60th street and 66 A Avenue.

Fire crew officials said it took 16 firefighters about 90 minutes to extinguish the fire and the fire was declared out at 8 a.m.

No one was hurt and the cost of the damage is yet unknown.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
