AMTA schedules breakfast with Inspection Services boss

CALGARY, Alta. — The Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) is hosting a management meeting Sept. 26 at the Bow Valley Ranche in Calgary.

Steve Callahan, executive director of Alberta’s Inspection Services will be the guest speaker at the breakfast, which is open to all AMTA members.

Inspection Services is the governmental department responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement in the province. Members will be able to ask him questions and renew acquaintances with other industry stakeholders. The association says it hopes to hold more such meetings in the months ahead.
