AMTA seminars to explain "How to survive a DOT audit"

EDMONTON, Alta. — The Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) will be hosting three seminars on "How to survive a DOT audit."

Kris Phillips, administrator of the Montana division of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, will be the presenter. The course will deal with the latest U.S. compliance and regulatory issues while reviewing U.S. DOT audit requirements.

The timing of the seminars is key, since a number of changes to U.S. motor carrier legislation have recently been made.

The Edmonton seminar will be held Mar. 14 at the Mayfield Inn.
