The Retract-A-Roll II pneumatic retractable roller track from Ancra International has a seven-year warranty and the industry’s only air bag warranty.

Air bags on pneumatic roller track systems are vulnerable to damage from debris falling into the track channel through the roller openings. Retract-A-Roll II has an air-bag protection jacket to prevent punctures from the bottom and sides, where they typically occur. Because of this extra protection, the company says it can offer the industry’s only air bag warranty: two years, “no questions asked.” Should a problem develop within the warranty period, Ancra will deliver a replacement air bag by the next business day at no charge.

Ancra Retract-A-Roll II Model PF systems for palletized freight come with three-inch-wide rollers and can be combined with a powered drive for automated loading/unloading. The Model AF track for airfreight applications comes with two-inch wide rollers.
