The 35-year-old Woods was found dead in his tractor-trailer in a Pickering parking lot in June. The load he was hauling about 13,000 kg of chicken was missing. Paul Cyr, 49, of Montreal, was arrested on Friday in Brampton, Ont. by Durham Region police. They had worked alongside the Montreal polices homicide squad during their investigation.

He is charged with first-degree murder, forcible confinement, using a firearm to commit an indictable offence and theft over $5,000.
