KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Arrow Truck Sales, Inc. (ATS) has announced the creation of a new business development position and two branch manager positions.

President and CEO Carl Heikel reported that near record sales in 2004 and rapidly accelerating demand necessitated the moves.

Bruce Brancato, formerly the branch manager at the Los Angeles location, has been promoted to director of business development. Brancato’s responsibilities will include research, analysis, negotiation and start-up administration for new retail locations across the U.S.

Arrow has also named Larry McDaniel, formerly the assistant manager in Los Angeles, as Brancato’s replacement at the Whittier, Calif. location.

Separately, the company also announced Randy Kricke’s promotion to branch manager of Arrow’s Atlanta sales office.

Brancato had served as branch manager of the Whittier location for 15 years and was instrumental in opening one store in Arizona and two others California.

McDaniel had served as assistant branch manager at Arrow’s Houston, Texas and Whittier locations for the past two years and has spent his entire career in the truck industry.

Randy Kricke, former assistant manager at the Tampa location, joined Arrow nearly three years ago. Previously, Kricke owned a car salvage business and has over 21 years of sales experience.

ATS, who have branches in Calgary, Toronto and Montreal, are currently celebrating their 55th anniversary in 2005.
