KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Arrow Truck Sales has issued a release emphasizing that the company is still a strong and viable used truck retailer and has no relationship to the Arrow Trucking carrier that ceased operations in December, stranding many of its drivers across the US.

Apparently there’s been some misinformation out there linking the two companies and Arrow Truck Sales has been receiving some angry phone calls. In fact, the two companies are not related in any way.

“We’d like to clear-up any confusion on this issue,” Arrow Truck Sales said in a release. “The company that recently filed bankruptcy and closed was a truck carrier. Arrow Truck Sales, Inc., headquartered in Kansas City, MO, with 18 retail facilities, continues to fully operate as an industry-leader in the sale of pre-owned, heavy-duty trucks and trailers.”

“We value all of our customer relationships and sincerely hope this clears up any confusion regarding the financial health of Arrow Truck Sales,” Don Mueller, director of marketing for Arrow Truck Sales, said. “We look forward to serving our North American customers for their all their used equipment needs for another 60 years.”
