KANSAS CITY, Mo. (May, 3, 2005) — Arrow Truck Sales has announced the introduction of the Arrow Advantage Program, a new comprehensive package of service options for one-stop shop for the pre-owned truck dealer’s Canadian customers.

Arrow Advantage programs include extended warranties, emergency roadside assistance, loan and payment protection, GAP waiver, property and casualty insurance, deductible buy-down options, and health and medical plans. The Arrow Advantage program is designed to present owner-operators and small fleets with the full range and quality of service options that larger fleets enjoy — all from one source, the company stated in a release.

Arrow Canada has partnered with recognized leaders in each field to assemble the Arrow Advantage. Extended warranty options are provided by National Truck Protection, the largest independent used truck warranty provider in North America. I-Truck Assist will handle emergency roadside assistance, offering 24/7/365 service anywhere in Canada and the U.S. through over 60,000 accredited providers. Kimberley Insurance Brokers and Associates will manage the property and casualty (P&C) plans, which are underwritten by Kingsway General Insurance, one of the largest transportation insurance providers in Canada. Arrow Financial Services offers a GAP waiver plan, which covers the difference between actual cash value and loan balance amount in the event of a total loss.

Arrow Truck Sales — a subsidiary of the Volvo Group — sells mainly pre-owned medium and heavy-duty Volvo and Mack trucks for on-highway, as well as vocational and specialty vehicles.
Arrow is headquartered in Kansas City, Mo, and has 19 retail locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
