KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Arrow Truck Sales has announced its newly established “Arrow Certified” Truck Program. The program is designed to provide truck buyers with a superior pre-owned truck, backed by a 6-month/50,000-mile limited warranty.

“Arrow Certified trucks simply represent the premier truck investment in the marketplace,” said Carl Heikel, president and CEO of Arrow Truck Sales. “This program, and others like it, will continue to position Arrow as a leader in the used truck sales industry by providing the greatest customer assurance possible.”

All Arrow Certified pre-owned trucks go through an extensive inspection and reconditioning process to insure their quality, value and reliability. The units selected to be certified, will include a wide variety of makes and models, less than five model years old and with fewer than 550,000 miles.

“Our competitors typically offer 30-day warranties on their own ‘certified’ used trucks. The 6-month, 50,000-mile warranty on our Arrow Certified trucks truly sets us apart from those competitors. Plus, we still include a 30-day warranty on all other qualifying 1999 and newer trucks we sell,” stated Lee Wallace, Arrow’s senior vice-president of sales and marketing.
