Arrow Truck Sales offers owner-ops new business services
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. (Mar. 10, 2005) — Arrow Truck Sales — a seller of predominately pre-owned Mack and Volvo Trucks — is launching a new program to assist owner-ops with their businesses.
The two-part program, titled “Arrow Advantage — One Stop Is All You Need” — offers a menu of services tailored around a driver’s financial well-being before they drive off the lot, as well as seminars educating customers on how to manage such things as fuel tax reports, mileage logs, and more.
“At Arrow the customer is king and our business partners come to their doorstep, not the other way around,” says Frank Oliveira, vice-president of Arrow Truck Sales Canada.
There are six services under one roof customers can choose from:
Extended warranty options; emergency roadside assistance; loan and protection payment; gap waiver; property and casualty insurance assistance; and deductible buy down assistance. “The combination of these programs can support a driver in the event of a breakdown or accident on or off the job,” Oliveira. “This menu of options allows a truck buyer to build a safety net that can protect the truck and driver’s welfare in the event the unexpected happens.”
Companies such as I-Truck Assist, Kimberley & Associates, ProSheild and National Truck Protection are partnering with Arrow on the program.
Later this year, Arrow Truck Sales branches in Toronto, Calgary, and Montreal will offer seminars to new and existing customers on fuel tax reporting, mileage logs and safety and compliance programs.
