ArvinMeritor honoured with virtual product award
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (Feb. 9, 2005) — ArvinMeritor has received a leadership award for its work in virtual product development from MSC.Software Corp.
The award — given at MSC’s 2004 MSC Virtual Product Development Conference held in Huntington Beach, Calif. — recognizes outstanding leadership in advancing the implementation of virtual product development tools and processes to improve product performance in the automotive industry.
“ArvinMeritor in recent years has gained a great reputation on its vehicle dynamics and system-level durability simulation and analysis capability through its industry involvement, customer technical support and its initiatives that drive its product development process,” said Frank Perna, chairman and CEO of MSC.Software.
