HAGERSTOWN, Ind. — Autocar has introduced two new initiatives to help better serve their customers.

One initiative is the Autocar Xpress newsletter, which will provide customers with timely, updated information on key company achievements. It is available on a quarterly basis in both print and on-line versions. To get on the Autocar Xpress e-mail subscriber list, visit www.autocartrucks.com.

Autocar has also introduced ADNet, a new Web-based dealer communication system that provides Autocar dealers with access to the entire Autocar product offering, allowing them to produce a quote or order a truck from anywhere at anytime.

In addition to quotes and orders, ADNet can handle other transaction-related information including: changes to orders, order status, acknowledgement and scheduling, pricing, concessions and sales allowances, basic calculations, performance information and graphics and accurate factory cost models and comparisons. This system goes live on April 2.
