BCTA board of directors settles in for a term (June 28, 2006)

VICTORIA, B.C. — Dietmar Krause took the helm of the British Columbia Trucking Association as chairperson for the board of directors at the organization’s annual general meeting during the first weekend in June.

Krause of TMS Transportation Management Services, succeeded Jack Bandstra of Bandstra Transportation System during the 93rd annual event held in Victoria.

The rest of the 34-person board of directors was also solidified for a one-year term with five first time members joining the ranks: Lew Aldrich of Greyhound Canada Transportation, Mike DesLauriers of Neptune Food Service, Jim Floris of Arrow Transportation Systems, Kenneth Johnson of Ken Johnson Trucking and Roop Pannu of Pannu Bros. Trucking.
