ELYRIA, Ohio – Bendix announced today that it’ll be transitioning from its two-person executive board to a three-person executive board.

The transition means that Joe McAleese, president and CEO, will be focusing on his role as chairman and Bendix will soon be naming a new president and CEO. McAleese has been part of the Bendix family for more than 30 years and has been president since 2002. He added the title CEO in 2003.

The new executive board will consist of McAleese, COO Carlos Hungria and the new incoming president and CEO.
