Berry Radiateurs streamlines process

NEW YORK, N.Y. — Berry Radiateurs of France, supplies cooling systems to mid-size truck OEMs, and recently invested in their CuproBraze heat exchanger manufacturing process making it more efficient.

Berry has added a three-chamber semi-continuous brazing furnace, a header slurry-application machine, a fin-tip paste-application machine and a high-frequency tube welding machine to their process.

Berry has demonstrated a production capacity of about 250 cooling systems per week. With these capabilities, Berry is positioned to be one of Europe’s top suppliers of tubes for CuproBraze heat exchangers.
