WINNIPEG, Man. — Ryder Transportation Management has named Bison Transport its top-performing truckload carrier of 2009.

This marks the second time Bison has won the award, which recognizes: on-time performance; claims handling; customer service; technology applications; economic value; and innovation.

Brian Kuzdub, senior business development manager and Norm Sneyd, vice-president of business development accepted the award on Bison’s behalf alt the recent Ryder Carrier Appreciation and Quality Awards in Novi, Mich.

“We are honoured to have been chosen for this award and will continue to build on our strong partnership with Ryder,” Kuzdub said. “Awards like this are not achieved by the efforts of one individual, it happens because of our dedicated and knowledgeable customer service and operations team and our professional drivers.”
