Brake blitz kicks off next week
TORONTO — Checked your brakes lately. You should if you plan to be running your truck next week anywhere in the continent.
The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance, through its North American enforcement affiliates, will be cracking down on trucks with suspect brakes.
CVSA’s Brake Safety Week is scheduled in the U.S. and Canada from Sunday, Sept. 21, through Saturday, Sept. 27.
The annual Brake Safety Week is an awareness and enforcement blitz to promote commercial vehicle brake safety on North American highways.
