CALGARY, Alta. — For the morning of Aug. 9 an important requirement at the Balzac Vehicle Inspection Station will be a hearty appetite.
The Alberta Motor Transport Association and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Branch (CVEB) will be hosting another pancake breakfast at the inspection station, providing an opportunity to get a glimpse at operations and new technology.
AMTA members and invited guests are given then opportunity to interact, to observe Vehicle Inspection Station operations, to share information and to view equipment demonstrations.
As well, this year the AMTA will be showcasing the Partners in Compliance program and new technology that will be implemented by the program.
This is the sixth year that this joint venture has taken place and has been well received in the past. Alberta Infrastructure and Transportation, CVEB continues to support and work with the AMTA by joining together to host a pancake breakfast at the Balzac Vehicle Inspection Station, located on Hwy. 2 (N) near Airdrie.
