MIRAMICHI, N.B. — Truckers planning to use the Centennial Bridge will be delayed until July 15.

Andre Legere, district engineer for the Department of Transportation, says they’re over-shooting the time frame to allow for poor weather conditions.

“The window we’re looking at is July 12-15. Somewhere in that window we expect to get it open,” says Legere.

He says the last of the new concrete for the bridge was poured Wednesday.
