Building starts on Polaris expansion

MISSISSAUGA, ON – Shovels are in the ground for Polaris Transportation Group (PTG), who announced today they have begun construction on the expansion of their Canadian head office.

The group is creating additional office, cross dock, and warehousing capacity to meet the demands of business growth within their supply chain.

PTG president Dave Cox says the company has been focused on sustainable growth in the last few years to help meet customer demand, including increased demand from international shipping customers.

The expansion, set to be completed next summer, closely follows the company’s acquisition of trucking and warehousing Hazmat specialists J.G. Drapeau and Commercial Warehousing and Logistics.
