C-TPAT carrier conference deadline nearing
NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. – Registration for next week’s Northern Border Highway Carrier Conference is still open, says U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The second annual (NBHCC) — to be held in Niagara Falls, N.Y. on August 31 and September 1, is open to all Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) members, but preference will be given to cross-border highway carriers.
Registration closes on Friday Aug. 27.
Seating is limited to 500 participants and spots being filled on a first come, first serve basis.
The conference program includes portal/SVI orientation, security profile development and maintenance, presentations by both C-TPAT and PIP on current status of each program, and six different workshops.
