Calgary Roadking truck stop sold

CALGARY, Alta. — The Calgary Roadking Travel Center is changing hands.

The truck stop was purchased for $9.9 million, with the deal expected to close Apr. 1. According to a release, “The purchaser is an arm’s length group.”

The previous owner, Roadking Travel Centres Inc. plans to “cease conducting business as an owner and operator of travel centers and will engage in the pursuit of alternate business opportunities.”
