Brent Leach, the president of Custom Truck Center, has joined a corporate council that has a mandate to promote program consistency across the North American dealer network, in an effort to provide a superior level of customer service.

The seven-member council consists of leading executives from the nearly 300 Kenworth dealerships in the United States and Canada, which meets at various times throughout the year at the company’s headquarters in Kirkland, Wash.
