GREEN BAY, Wis. — Schneider Logistics, an international logistics provider and part of the Schneider National enterprise, has promoted John Ferguson to vice-president, international with the company.

Prior to his promotion, Ferguson was vice-president and general manager of Schneider Nationals Canadian operations.

In this new role, Ferguson will assume responsibility for Schneiders North American transloading, warehousing, drayage and freight forwarding business; and for coordinating the companys global freight forwarding expansion.

Our door-to-door international services and Johns vast supply chain expertise will help shippers navigate the complexities of international trade and grow their businesses.

Ferguson joined Schneider in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in developing global logistics, supply chain management and international trade practices. Ferguson joined Schneider National from PBB Global Logistics, a provider of third-party international logistics services and was instrumental in the companys successful evolution from a customs broker to a global logistics company.
