KAMLOOPS, B.C. — Inland Kenworth of Kamloops, B.C. has been named Kenworth’s Customer Support Canadian Dealer of the Year.

The award was presented at Kenworth’s recent Customer Support meeting in Kansas City, Mo.

“Customer service is our number one priority here,” said Tom Connatty, branch manager for Inland Kenworth. “Without strong customer support, we don’t get repeat customers. It’s that simple. Our staff of highly trained technicians, service manager and service writer makes it a policy to accommodate a customer who needs service, even when our 11-service bay shop is full. We aim to take care of that customer as quickly as possible and get them back on the road. Our people will stay late to meet the needs of our customers.”

He attributes the dealership’s success with Kenworth’s extensive training program.

“By using the excellent Kenworth training program, we are getting the latest information to our employees. With the programs, we have the best trained people in the business who are able to give outstanding service to our customers,” Connatty said.
